1980
Started manufacturing air compressors by two brothers A. Radhakrishan and A. Sudhakaran.
1984
Started Machine shop for compressor parts and heavy castings.
1994
Took over a foundry for our Group requirements
1996
Ventured into contract manufacturing.
1997
Installed induction furnace.
1998
- Installed the sand plant.
- Installed first CNC VMC machine.
- Started producing Speroidal Graphite iron castings.
2001
First Exports began
2003
Installed Mitutoya make CMM.
2008
Installed an indigeniously made inventory software.
2012
Installed Carl Zeiss make CMM.
2014
- Installed fully automatic SCADA controlled mixer of Rhino make with online testing facility.
- Installed semi automatic High pressure moulding machine of thino make with 520mm*520mm box size.
2015
Implemented Microsoft Navision ERP in all our divisions.
2016
- Installed new Disa make Arpa 300 simultaneous jolt squeeze moulding machine.
- Changed all our ISO certificate from 2008 to 2015 for all the divisions.
- Installed two turning centers, one VMC and one HMC of doosan make.
2018
- Installed new Inductotherm 24pulse 1750KW Provisional Tri-track with 750kgs crucible.
- Installed one HMC 400mm pallet size.
- Implemented an IOT system for our CNC machines in our machine shop
2019
Installed new Alpha set Omega fast loop system for casting in the weight range of 60kgs-600kgs.
2020
Installed two HMC’s with 400mm & 500mm pallet size.
